Learning to learn

First we 'work' to build an interaction as 'Learner Partnering' a term 'coined' by Gaynor Linnecor to describe a learning relationship which maximizes safety, respect and the cooperation of the conscious and unconscious awareness. With a good working relationship established, we can then support the 'Learning Partner' to focus on and study how his or her core material shapes their experience. To permit this study, we establish and use a distinct state of consciousness called Awareness. Becoming aware - learning something new. Awareness is characterized by relaxed volition, (One's own free will ) a gentle and sustained inward focus of attention, heightened sensitivity, and the ability to notice, explore and name the contents of that consciousness.
At the heart of W*Holistic Management is a core 'the self' our spirituality/personality can transcend  freely when our 'hearts' emotions persist to drive us to psychologically and physically organize our get up and go attitude of 'you can do it' Information acquired can become a precise study/exploration of the 'Learning Partners' current experiences, as a way to discover more about their organizing core material. These experiences are either naturally occurring, or gently evoked by having the the learning partners interaction and participate in their own Self~Empowerment.
The  'Learning Partner' is asked to allow and carefully notice whatever responses happen inside of them, and ultimately to feel within their being the core factors that shape such responses. Once arrived at in this experienced way, the core material can be studied, evaluated and transformed by ones self. The basic method, then, is : (1) to establish a relationship in which it is safe for the  'Learning Partner' to become self-aware; (2) to share experiences that lead to the discovery of organizing core material; and (3) to seek healing changes from within the core material if necessary. .
The Association for the Development of Universal Learning is an on-line network of individuals who support the development and application of a Universal approach. Universal Learning welcomes the participation of educators, organization development specialists, psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, health service providers, pastoral counselors,  and all people who are interested in the field of human relations,  personal and professional inter/intra/personal development.  In endeavoring to practice a Universal approach to learning within the Association, members share the responsibilities privileges of leadership
Volunteers facilitate the on-line practice of self enquiry, Individual, and organizational consultation and research.  Enterprising creative gifts and acquired skills across the "mainstream" of education and the "complementary" fields of learning.
                           On line Interaction Aims to inform and encourage positive self alignmen workshops can:

* Enable the participant to help themselves and help other individuals to come to terms with a changing life style.

* Give the participant the acquired basic skills to participate, form and facilitate a group or workshop in a professional and confident manner.

*  Empower the participant with the confidence to grow, develop and organize themselves to work with self regulation on the whole.

Who are we - Universal On Line Volunteers? -  Why are we called as Angels? 
Volunteers have skills bridging across the 'mainstreams' of education and complimentary fields of learning who have completed experience of 1 year as participants and volunteering themselves to interact with Universal Learning, displaying self alignment, self regulation and who are vocationally inclined to develop. A Counselling Professional Body with its own Code of Conduct and Independent Complaints procedure Gaynor Linnecor. Universal Learning's founder member is an accredited BACP (Accredited Course) Trained Client Centred Therapist &Teacher Trainer (CertEd Greenwich University) of "W"holsitic Life Skills and has 18 years of working in and around the Hampshire and Warwickshire areas. The code of ethics is to act as a foundation for supporting vulnerable participants. Gaynor Linnecor is an inherited and acquired "Mystick" Researcher and her skills vary 'across the board' having worked between 'volunteers members' and 'paid staff' for many years, informing for the awareness of choice.

Universal Learning's intention is to offer all their collective knowledge and skills in a way that will empower participants to share the light and energy of learning by sharing their own experiences and resources, most importantly sharing and listening to participants resource and experience, that which so often only gets paid 'lip service'. Universal Learning has had a "powerful" impact upon many projects across the board and we feel that only the feedback from participants will be referral enough.

What is meant via universal learning?
Individuals have within themselves universal resource for self-understanding, for altering their self-concepts, basic attitudes, self-directed behavior and therefore self healing and these resources can be tapped into if a definable climate of facilitative positive regard can be provided.
